6 hour minimum date
Travel and accommodation expenses to be covered by you.
FMTY requires a $100 deposit for planning, coordination, and research time. This will be applied to your total when the booking is finalized.
* If you decide you’d no longer like to move forward after I’ve spent the time planning, the planning deposit stays with me.

Logistics
For a sponsored tour, I require a 3 hour minimum date length plus airfare.
Regarding flights, I ask for comfort+/business class for flights under 3 hours, and first class for longer flights.
Scheduling
Please note that while a FMTY is a guaranteed trip, a sponsored tour will be accepted or declined in part based on the requested city and whether I’m able to build a successful tour around it.
Deposits
Sponsored tours require airfare and 50% of the total consideration as a deposit to secure our date. If I am unable to build a successful tour in your city, your full deposit will be returned to you.
