A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to finalize and secure an appointment.

Tour dates, FMTY, and dates longer than 6 hours may require an increased deposit of up to 50%.

I accept deposits via CashApp, and will share the necessary information via email. Please leave the note section blank and only send the amount requested - any extra will be considered a tip and does not apply to the remaining balance.

The balance is to be presented in cash at the beginning of our date. Please do not arrive without cash unless you want to spend part of our time finding an ATM.

For established connections, electronic payments can be arranged upon request and at my discretion with a 4% service fee.

I understand that life happens, and sometimes canceling is unavoidable.

If you’re able to provide 48+ hours notice, your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date within 30 days. If rescheduling is not an option or if it is less than 48 hours notice, please see below.

Local Dates

• Over 48 hours in advance - Your deposit will suffice as the cancellation fee.

• Within 48 hours - 50% cancellation fee

• Within 24 hours - 100% cancellation fee

Tour Dates

• One week or more in advance - Your deposit will suffice as the cancellation fee.

• Within one week - 100% cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling within the same tour is an option if I have the availability - please reach out with as much notice as possible and I will happily accommodate if I am able.

FMTY

• One week or more in advance - you may reschedule to another date. Please have the alternative date ready when reaching out. You will be responsible for any additional fees that may occur as a result (difference in plane ticket prices, covering non-refundable expenses that have already been reserved, etc.)

• Within one week - 100% is due.

All cancellation fees are due within 48 hours of cancellation notice.

If I must cancel our date for any reason, you may choose a full refund of your deposit or apply it to a future date. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours.

I would be delighted to host at a private space in Detroit for no additional fee.

If you would prefer I secure a location in the surrounding metro area for a date 3 hours or less, an additional incall fee of $100 will apply.

Prefer the finer touches? Maybe the expansive corner suite with stunning city views calls to you, or perhaps your idea of a perfect date involves melting in pleasurable bliss together in the deep soaking tub, feeding each other chocolate covered strawberries and sipping something sweet.

It would be my pleasure to handle all the details - treats, bubbly, room with a view, and whatever else we can dream up. Simply note this in your inquiry for a bespoke incall rate.

Dates 3 hours or longer must include time spent outside of the room and some form of sustenance.

Think cocktails and small plates or coffee and pastries for shorter dates, and brunch with a matinee or dinner and a show for longer dates.
